Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Ribcapp iOS application, website, and related services (the Service) operated by Insyterra LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Ribcapp helps you create steak cook plans and optionally grade your results using photos you provide and preferences you select, such as cut, thickness, cooking instrument, and target doneness. The Service may include subscriptions, in-app purchases, free trials, and premium or gated content.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for any content you upload, including photos. You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service to harm others.
4. Photos, Content, and Permissions
The Service may allow you to upload photos and other content for the purpose of generating cook plans and grading results. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and use that content with the Service. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect personal information and uploaded content.
6. In-App Purchases and Apple Disclaimer
Payments made through the iOS application are processed by Apple Inc. and are governed by Apple’s in-app purchase terms. Insyterra LLC is solely responsible for the Service and its content. Apple is not a sponsor of the Service and is not responsible for any claims related to the Service.
7. No Warranties and Cooking Safety
The Service provides informational guidance and coaching suggestions. Cooking involves inherent risks. You are responsible for safe food handling, proper temperatures, and kitchen safety. The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insyterra LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Insyterra LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
