Ribcapp collects the minimum data needed to run the app and improve results.

• Account information: email address and App Store receipt data for subscription validation.
• Cook planning inputs: your selected cut, thickness, tool, and target doneness.
• Photos you upload: images you choose to submit for plan creation and grading. These images are stored so the app can show your cook history and results.
• Usage metrics: limited, privacy minded analytics (for example screens viewed and feature usage) to improve Ribcapp.

Ribcapp does not request access to contacts, precise location, or your photo library beyond the images you explicitly select.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to generate cook plans, grade results, maintain your cook history, provide customer support, and improve the product.

Ribcapp does not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the app, such as hosting, storage, and analytics. When you request AI powered plan creation or grading, the images you submit and relevant context may be processed by an AI provider to produce the result.

3. Security and Payments

All communications are encrypted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled by Apple’s in app purchase system, and Ribcapp does not store your card details. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain cook history and uploaded images for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
